Kathy Watt (New Brunswick) is an executive coach that has devoted her career to helping individuals and organizations achieve excellence.She is passionate about helping people create practical strategies to create their best lives. Preeti Raj (Ontario) is driven by a deep desire to provide organizations and executive teams assistance in professional and organizational development along with strategic planning.Preeti, a graduate B.A. from York University and a Certified General Accountant professional, thrives on working with executives and business leaders of successful companies. Ashley J. Kreze (Ontario) studied at Laurentian University in Sudbury, and continued to study a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, graduating with honours. Melissa Dawe holds an undergraduate and graduate degree in engineering from the University of New Brunswick. She currently works at UNB as the Director of Strategic Projects in the Office of the President. In 2009, Melissa participated in the first cohort of Women’s Leadership in New Brunswick under direction of Kathy Watt.In her spare time, she enjoys running, Pilates, cross-country skiing and reading. Her latest hobby is learning to mountain bike. She got her first mountain bike last fall and can’t wait to get out this spring for more lessons. Melissa is also a member of the Board of Directors for Women in Transition House.
Michele Madore is an experienced and well-rounded financial services professional with ScotiaMcLeod. She holds the Personal Financial Planning Designation (PFP) through the Institute of Canadian Bankers and holds the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging Designation (CPCA).An active member of the community for many years, Michele has served on various boards for non-profit organizations and in several volunteer positions. She believes in the shared strength and success that results when people work together for a common and worthwhile purpose.
Wendy Southworth is owner, President and full time Executive Recruiter with Priority Personnel Inc. Judy Wood, owner of J L Wood & Associates, provides financial consulting, bookkeeping and payroll services to small and medium-sized businesses.Prior to forming J. L. Wood & Associates, Judy spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry.
